A proud husband of 19 years to his wife, Ginger, and father of two children, Grant, and Sterling. Scott has learned to humble himself and to put God and family first. He believes the need to conduct himself in that manner- God, Schneider Family, and then his work family are his main priorities. As Chief of Schools for the 20 the largest school district in the country, He is responsible for the academic success of 125,000 students, continued growth, and support of 13,000 employees, and all elements that directly impact the schools of Duval County Public Schools (the good, the bad, and the ugly). Scott embraces the opportunity to help all school principals, faculty, and staff throughout Duval to thrive as leaders and positively impact the children and communities of Jacksonville. His heart and passion are to provide all students with hope for their future along with the tools to put them on the path to greatness!

ABOUT THE SHOW
“One Vision One Duval” is a fun talk show that showcases individuals and companies in the community and is focused on leadership and giving back. It’s titled “One Vision One Duval” because we spend about 15 minutes with the guests uncovering some fun facts about them, their companies and their community engagement.
The show is recorded each week in our studios at 9570 Regency Square Blvd, in Jacksonville Florida. His guests include top of the line, high profile figures in business, nonprofits, news, and other trustees in the community.
This is a show that is laid back in setting, with straight from the source content.
WHAT WILL WE COVER IN THE INTERVIEW?
All things about what makes your a successful leader and what you and your business are doing to better our community. We work with our guests to narrow down the topics that will be discussed and give our viewers professional insight to cutting edge trends and tips to success on and off the field. Sample questions during the interview could be:
