A proud husband of 19 years to his wife, Ginger, and father of two children, Grant, and Sterling. Scott has learned to humble himself and to put God and family first. He believes the need to conduct himself in that manner- God, Schneider Family, and then his work family are his main priorities. As Chief of Schools for the 20 the largest school district in the country, He is responsible for the academic success of 125,000 students, continued growth, and support of 13,000 employees, and all elements that directly impact the schools of Duval County Public Schools (the good, the bad, and the ugly). Scott embraces the opportunity to help all school principals, faculty, and staff throughout Duval to thrive as leaders and positively impact the children and communities of Jacksonville. His heart and passion are to provide all students with hope for their future along with the tools to put them on the path to greatness!

He focuses on aiding a new generation of business leaders in achieving significant business success through his mentorship and guidance, leveraging his extensive experience to move individuals from being stuck and frustrated to focused and productive . At an early age his passion for uplifting the community led to a volunteer request and Jamar became the youngest person in Pennsylvania to serve as a member of the Service Corporation of Retired Executives (SCORE) where he helped teach individuals how to develop and run their businesses.This passion also guided Jamar to serve as interim President of the Children’s Sickle Cell Foundation Additionally, Jamar Suber has played a crucial role in the establishment and success of various businesses. He founded the Suber Media Group, which includes the 3V brand, and was instrumental in launching 3V Magazine, which gained national distribution after its first issue. His entrepreneurial talents have significantly contributed to his ventures, and Suber Media Group has expanded to include IA Digital Media & Strategy and Epic Reach Studios. IA offers a range of services, including coaching, business launching, exposure, and brand development, underlining Jamar’s comprehensive approach to entrepreneurship and business management.
